Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return. All returned items must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to comply with safety and regulatory requirements.

Non-Returnable Products

For health, safety, and compliance reasons, pharmaceutical and chemical products are non-returnable once opened or used. Products returned without meeting the stated eligibility conditions will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Exclusions and Limitations

Refunds are not provided for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Incorrect orders placed by the customer are also not eligible for refunds.
